LA 112: Albion Community and Culture

This course is designed to facilitate the social adn academic transition to Albion College for incoming transfer students. As a first-year seminar, this course is destinguished by its small class size, its discussion-based learning environment, and its focus on building community and building capacity. Its golas are to orient students to campus resources, help students find a home at Albion College, and aid in the development of skills, strategies, habits, and attitudes, which are durable, transferable, and fundamental to college success.
