KIN 379: Exercise Physiology

Prerequisite: KIN 369 or permission of instructor.
An examination of the mechanisms and processes by which the body performs its various functions. Emphasis on cardiovascular, respiratory, muscular and nervous systems as they relate to physical activity. This course includes three 65-minute lectures and a two hour and twenty-minute lab per week.
