Secondary Education Concentration (5-9/7-12)

This secondary education concentration prepares teacher candidates to be eligible for certification in grades 5-9/7-12. It addresses preparation standards for middle and high school education approved by the Michigan Department of Education.

Completion of this concentration also requires completion of one of four majors: English language arts, mathematics, science, or social studies. Individuals interested in this concentration are welcome to contact the Education Department for advising.
