Secondary Education Concentration: Grades 5-12(MS & HS) or 7-12 (HS)

Students who are interested in declaring a Secondary Education Concentration for both middle and high school (grades 5-12) or high school only (grades 7-12) must schedule an appointment with the Education Department to discuss their plan of study and options.

A minimum of 1 unit of pedagogy coursework, as determined by area of specialization, must be completed. (The clinical experiences and coursework required in these courses is aligned closely with requirements for certification; consult and confirm with Education Department advisor prior to registration):
