PSYC 247: Drugs, Brain, and Behavior (1 Unit) Prerequisite: PSYC 101 . This course is intended as an introduction to the study of drug use, abuse, and addiction, with a focus on recreationally-used drugs. Basic principles of pharmacology and neural transmission will be examined to better understand how drugs influence our brain and behavior.
